The client is one of the largest leading banks in Kuwait with a broad offering of consumer banking, wholesale banking, treasury, and financial services. The Bank was founded in 1960, registered as a bank with the Central Bank of Kuwait.


The client bank with a broad offering of consumer banking, wholesale banking, treasury, and financial services, was looking at achieving an omni-channel strategy to reach customers. The bank was also looking at initiation of Retail Origination and Corporate Mobile Banking, to broaden their scope of offerings and enhance the customer experience.


The scope of project was finalized as per below:
Perform detailed analysis of queries raised by the bank’s IT team
Support for existing Internet Banking module, FCDB 12.1
Assist in necessary parameterization changes in OBDX
Assist in deployment of customizations/change on UAT environments
Migration from the existing Internet Banking module to OBDX 20.1
Coordinate with the principal application provider for any resolutions that needs changes to OBDX
Provide support during the testing of the changes for issues in UAT
Assist in stabilizing and implementation of best practices
Provide Database and Web logic support
Provide Consistency check and Periodic Health Check
Agile Methodology for implementations using DevOps tools


The implementation was successfully completed and the client digitally capacitated in the stipulated timeline.
