The client is one of the oldest and premier banks in the Republic of Tajikistan offering a full range of financial products and services. The bank maintains an extensive customer base across individuals and corporates and is a marquee financial institution in the country.
CHALLENGE ON HAND
The client was looking at fortifying its systems with end to end implementation of Oracle FLEXCUBE version 12.2.0 & and Direct Banking (FCDB 12.1.0). It was crucial for the client to partner with a company with established competence and experience of implementation across a range of clients and geographies.
After multiple rounds of discussion, the bank decided to go ahead with Profinch.
