We are excited to share that we are among the “Top 100 companies” in team culture in Maharashtra! The Loop Top 100 List is an endeavor to recognize amazing companies and HR teams that have invested in their team culture.
Loop conducted a month-long employee satisfaction survey, and 2500+ companies were evaluated on key metrics like job satisfaction, path for growth, compensation, health benefits, and overall happiness. Scores were calculated on the average rating, with a multiplier for the total number of votes.
